Cycle of events at Casa Artusi targeted to Catering Schools’ students

The events cycle provided opportunities for networking and strategic planning both within the partnership and with the local and international networks SCF collaborates with within the broader framework of the project and representing different interests in the areas of education, nutrition and health.

The programme of the cycle of events was targeted at students from catering schools – first and foremost within the network of SCF, but also students from Croatia (and in particular from the School of Tourism and Catering of Porec-HR) – and aimed to promote learning paths about food and health and to foster (at the same time) collaboration among catering and food services professionals towards a skills development support system.

The cycle of eventes lasted two days and took place at Casa Artusi, Forlimpopoli (FC)- Italy, during the Artusian Festival.
39 students in total, from Italy (Puglia, Lombardia, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna) and Croatia (Istria) participated in the events.
